All India Bar Examination

All India Bar Examination (AIBE) has been conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) twice in a year for assessing the capabilities and the basic skills of those who have completed their Law Degree and want to join the legal profession as an Advocate. Basically, AIBE is intended to set a minimum benchmark for admission to the practice of law. After qualifying AIBE, the candidate is awarded the ‘Certificate of Practice’ by the BCI & is eligible for practicing before any court in India. It is an open book exam based on objective type MCQ.
